21. Staff and budget arrangements

(1) The board will have the required number of staff. The recruitment number of employees will be approved by the board after taking the consent of the Ministry of Finance based on the organizational structure as per schedule-2.

(2) The Ministry of Finance will provide the necessary staff until the Board's own staff is appointed.
(3) Arrangements regarding the appointment, service conditions and remuneration and facilities of the employees working in the Board shall be as approved by the Board with the consent of the Ministry of Finance.
(4) The board may take the services of an expert under a service contract for a certain period after taking the approval of the Ministry of Finance in the areas deemed necessary. It will be according to.
